RESIN-GIPS

RESIN-GIPS is a high-performance Type IV super-hard natural gypsum, enhanced with resin additives. Designed for the production of models for implants, veneers, inlays, and removable abutments.

It is characterized by the following advantages:

· Efficiency and precision. With a working time of 7 minutes and a setting time of 30 minutes, it offers efficiency and precision in the working process.

· Thixotropic. Its dense and stable consistency becomes fluid under the mechanical action of the vibrator. This allows it to efficiently fill even the tiniest spaces, but once the vibration is removed, the mass maintains a stable consistency, allowing the modeling of impression tray contours with a spatula, without spills.

· Low expansion. Its low setting expansion (0,10%) and a compressive strength of 50 MPa at 1 hour ensure exceptional dimensional stability and high quality and extreme accuracy in reproducing the produced models.

· Smooth and hard surfaces. RESIN-GIPS provides very smooth and extremely hard surfaces due to its resin composition. It is compatible with all impression materials.

· "Snap" setting effect. Its prolonged working time offers maneuverability and a quick setting process.

· Presentation. RESIN-GIPS is available in 2 packaging formats of choice. We offer an ECO-PACK (12 kg) format of 6 aluminum bags of 2 kg each, designed to provide maximum protection against moisture and preserve the integrity of the product.

We also have TEST-PACK bags available in 2 kg format, designed for testing the product in a small retail format.
