CALIBRA 3D is a phosphatic coating specially formulated for casting 3D printed dental structures using both rapid heating
and standard techniques.

CALIBRA  3D is an innovative product that allows casting of any dental structure, whether for fixed or removable prostheses, 
with a single coating. This significantly simplifies the casting process, optimizing the laboratory's time and resources.
CALIBRA  3D is designed to cast all dental structures in a dental laboratory with a single coating, whether for fixed 
or removable prostheses, greatly simplifying the laboratory casting process.
For casting skeletal structures, there is no need to produce a refractory model, simplifying the process. One of Calibra 
3D's features is its adaptability to various types of alloys. By following the recommended liquid expander proportions table,
 the coating expansion can be adjusted according to the alloy used, ensuring precise and high-quality results in each casting.
To ensure optimal results in printed crown and bridge structures, it is advisable to apply a thin layer of TENSIO-WAX on 
the 3D resin before applying the coating. For skeletal structures, it is recommended to apply a first layer of TECHNOPAINT 
to improve casting quality and save time when demolding and spruing the structure.
CALIBRA  3D is available in two formats tailored for casting fixed or skeletal prostheses, with presentations of 160 g and
 400 g respectively, providing suitable options for different needs and work volumes.
