MUFLA-GIPS

MUFLA-GIPS is a type II fluid plaster designed for investing in the production of flasks intended for the polymerization of acrylic prostheses.

It is distinguished by the following advantages:

· Great fluidity. Its remarkable fluidity facilitates effortless pouring into flask counters, eliminating the need for additional vibration, ensuring the obtainment of high-quality flask counters.

· Efficiency and speed. With a working time of 3 to 4 minutes and a setting time of 25 minutes, this product offers efficiency and speed in the working process.

· Compact and smooth surface. Once set, the resulting surface is compact and smooth, providing a smooth and pore-free acrylic base. This is achieved even through manual mixing. This feature facilitates non-adherence to the denture or acrylic teeth and ensures uncomplicated polishing and shining during the final restoration process.

· Ideal for Microwave. MUFLA-GIPS adapts to a wide variety of polymerization systems. Thanks to its compact composition, we recommend its use with our MICROWAVE FLASK, ensuring optimal final results.

· Visual control. Its natural white color facilitates visualization and control throughout the working process, providing greater precision in each step of the procedure.

· Effective separation. We recommend using ISOGIPS separator for effective separation of plaster components and to facilitate smooth separation of the two parts composing the flask.

· Presentation. MUFLA-GIPS  is available in 20 kg boxes.
